Your health record, kept by you
Everything about your health, in one place you actually own.
Lab results, doctor's notes, Apple Health, sleep, continuous glucose. Put them together and they stop being paperwork and start being a picture: what is changing, what changed it, and what is due.
The sample is three years of realistic data for a fictional person. It is yours to click through, and nothing is shared.
HbA1c, three years
One measure, its usual range, and the two events that plausibly moved it. That is the whole idea.
Bring it all in
Lab results
Upload a CSV, or paste the text straight off a lab report. We match test names to about seventy measures and file them by date.
Apple Health
Drop in your export.zip. Steps, exercise minutes, resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, blood pressure, weight and sleep stages become daily numbers.
Continuous monitors
A CGM export from Dexcom, Libre or similar turns into daily average glucose, time in range, time low and variability.
Notes and reports
Keep the doctor's note, the imaging report, the discharge summary. Searchable, dated, attached to the same timeline as the numbers.
Events you can point at
Started insulin. Started walking. Had COVID. Mark it, and every chart shows where it happened so you can see what moved afterwards.
What is due
Screening intervals from published adult guidelines, matched to your age, sex and history, and checked against what is already in your record.
Then get something back
Before and after, measured
Pick any event you have marked and welldata compares every measure with enough readings on both sides of it. Fasting glucose down 14 percent. Resting heart rate down 9. Triglycerides down 31. It is your own data answering your own question.
Two averages are a hint, not a trial. The comparison always shows how many readings sit behind it.
A summary worth handing over
One page for a new physician: who you are, what you take, what you have been treated for, your latest values with their trend and their range, the events on your timeline and what is overdue. It prints properly.
Ten minutes of appointment time recovered, and nothing important left at home.
Where this data lives
Your record is yours. It sits in one account behind a password, it is never sold or shared, there is no advertising and no third-party analytics on this site. You can export everything to CSV at any moment, and deleting your account deletes the data with it.
welldata.app does not diagnose. It shows you your own numbers next to published reference ranges, flags what is outside them, and tells you when it thinks a conversation with a clinician is warranted. Read the details.
Start with whatever you have
One lab report is enough to begin. The record gets more useful every time you add to it.
